What should I do if I have not received my result by email?
1. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder
2. If no result email has been received in the SPAM/JUNK folder, please use the contact form to contact us and we will take care that you receive your result as soon as possible. Our support times are from 9am to 8pm on workingdays.

Please note that this contact form is only intended for inquiries about results that have not been received; we cannot process an appointment or other questions about this. Please also note that the result of a rapid test is usually available after 20 to 30 minutes.
